Oral history interview with key informant Mary O’Mara from the research project Magdalene Institutions: Recording an Oral and Archival History. Mary O'Mara lives in Clare Street and for many years was a Girl Guide Leader. Through this work she came in contact with children from the Good Shepherd orphanage, one of who eventually came to live with her for a time. Here she shares her stories and impressions.
