Petrology - Coarse basic/intermediate intrusive, 45% anhedral intersertal feldspar/pyroxene. Description - Sides - Both rounded. Both have small facets at junction of sides with edge. Junction of sides with edge clear. Rounded junction of sides with butt. Edge - Mod. chipped either side and in parts blunted. Remainder still sharp. Sinuous in profile. Blade Area - Higher degree of polish than faces. Distinct area of finer polish on centre of Face 1. Face 2 has two large chips, centre and right side. Faces - All over high level of surface regularity, and mod. level of polish. Band of post-polish pecking, 10-14 mm wide, running diagonally from left side upper portion to right side lower portion. Butt - Original. Minor damage Face 2 left and right side. Mod. damage Face 1 centre left. Striae running obliquely from edge, centre of both faces. Core taken from the centre of Face 1. Dimensions (length x width x thickness) - 16.5 cm, 7.4 cm, 4.1 cm, 797g.
