The first in the Digital Repository of Ireland report series, this report documents current digital archiving practices in Ireland. Based on interviews with 40 institutions across the country, the report provides an invaluable snapshot of digital preservation activities, including common metadata standards, vocabularies, file formats, databases, content management systems, and user tools. The research in this report is influencing the development of DRI's repository, guidelines, and policies.
