Transcript of a life history interview with 'Anne' from Cohort 2 (born 1945-1954) of the Life Histories and Social Change collection; Female, Roman Catholic, married, a mother. Anne discusses her happy and well-off family life within a friendly Dublin community and the mores around sex and sexual education growing up. She also talks about working for a civil service agency during the Haughey years, moving to England for a time after getting married and her choice to become a homemaker once she had children, and the death of her parents and one of her children. All names have been anonymised. Access to the transcript is through application to the Irish Qualitative Data Archive and is restricted to bona fide researchers and teachers, and to students that are currently registered at a third-level academic institution.
