Petrology - Dark grey strongly foliated coarse grained streaked mica schist. Description - Sides - Left narrow rounded. Right rounded towards blade, pointed towards butt. Sides and edge merge. Sides and butt merge. Edge - No damage. Moderately sharp. Sinuous in profile. Blade Area - Slightly higher degree of polish than faces. Faces - Moderate degree of polish. Face 1 irregular adjacent to both sides, upper portion. Area of remnant pecking Face 1 adjacent to left side upper portion, Face 2 centre. Butt - Original. Single minor chip, Face 2 centre. Core taken from Face 2, lower portion. Dimensions (length x width x thickness) - 13.7 cm, 5.7 cm, 2.3 cm, 271g.
