Sides and edge merge. Sides and butt merge. Edge: Sharp. Worn in centre, minor chipping on right side. Slightly sinuous in profile. Blade Area: Face 1 longer than Face 2. Irregular due tom several large remnant flake scars. Faces: Central ridge along centre of both faces. Irregular over surface on both faces, due to numerous large shallow remnant flake scars. Appears to have patches of low level of polish/wear polish on both faces. Butt: Original, no damage. Distinct striae running slightly obliquely from edge on both faces. Core taken from the centre of Face 1. Macro ID- Tuff IPC? Micro ID- IPC Group VI Tuff. Petrology- Lime green fine tuffaceous siltstone. Great Langdale? Dimensions- 17.9 cm, 7.1 cm, 4.4 cm. 674g.
