Typewritten orders for drills to be carried out by the Irish Volunteers in April 1915, signed by Thomas MacDonagh. The drill centres on North County Dublin, with operations in Finglas, Santry Village, the Naul and Ashtown as well as Ashbourne, Meath.
In all there are twenty one items on the agenda.
