Interview conducted with key informants on the topic of barriers to access to, and participation in, digital culture faced by vulnerable end-users, namely person with disabilities and persons belonging to old and new minorities, namely ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities, Indigenous people and Migrants, including refugees.
