Sword-stick that belonged to Patrick Pearse. This walking cane, which conceals a sword blade, was given to a friend by Mrs Margaret Pearse as a memento after her son’s execution.

A straight razor that belonged to William Pearse. He left the razor to be sharpened at M. Keogh’s Haircutting Rooms at 30 Upper Camden Street shortly before Easter 1916. It was never collected, and was kept by the shop owner as a memento of William.

This pocket watch was given by Seán MacDiarmada to his friend Barney Mellows (brother of Liam Mellows) in Room 46 of Richmond Barracks on 8th May, a few days before his execution. Mellows had it inscribed ‘VIII/V/1916’ in memory of that day.

The cap, which belonged to Con Colbert, was found in his locker on the premises of Peter Kennedy’s Bakery on Parnell Street, Dublin. Colbert had been a clerk in Kennedy’s bakery up to Easter week. It was found and kept as a memento by his colleague, John McBrien.
